About this event

Join VicWater and Dr Philip Voss of Leading Safety for an hour-long workshop specifically designed for People & Culture senior executives who are responsible for leading teams during the COVID-19 crisis. The workshop will provide an opportunity to share recent experiences and learnings as well as focus on your leadership during a prolonged crisis.

In particular:

  • What adaptations are you seeing in your organisation, and what have you learned from these?
  • What’s happening for you personally, and how is this shaping your responses?
  • Where does adaptation fit in your business strategy for the next 12-18 months?

Format: This virtual workshop will operate via Zoom

When: 10.15am Wednesday, 10 June 2020

Cost:  $195 per person (plus GST) invoiced to your organisation

This is an interactive session so please ensure your web-cam and microphone are functioning well and your internet connection is stable.

Tailored specifically to senior People and Culture leaders please extend this invitation to others in your team who may benefit from this event. This workshop is limited to 15 participants, book now to secure your place.

Recommended Reading

To prepare for this session we recommend reading the Harvard Business Review article by Ronald Heifetz and colleagues on leadership in a permanent crisis. While this article was published in 2009 following the GFC, the leadership practices highlighted are as relevant as ever in the current context.

Once registered: Four questions will be sent to you prior to this workshop, that have been designed to assist you in getting the most out of the session. Please have your answers on hand for the event.

Note: Leading Safety ran the well-received Executive Safety Leadership Programme that executives from VicWater member organisations attended in late February.
